Stop/slow H.... hypertension So it's a dietry approach to stop hypertension This diet can be easily adapted by Kashmiri people Remove All bad fat from your Diet.Dont eat fast and junk food.Donteat market foods added with  SaltT Take meat once a week.chicken twice a week Mixvegetable once a week.Fish once a week.pulses with very less Salt twice a week  Cheese with spinach or fresh peas once a week And rotate like that Take salads of all vegetables one small bowl daily with lunch and dinner Take e fruit salad thrice daily  Tone small bowl of Dry fruit daily at different times.Avoid Salt added Dry fruit Take 8to10glasses of luke warm water in winter avoid namkeen tea..if not possible take with out Salt Always add little quantity of Salt to the dishes you cook Don't stop Salt completely.just try not to have excess Salt Occasionally take seed...
